Viral Clicks (“Viral Clicks,” “we,” “us”) is a digital marketing agency based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through viral-clicks.com, through the work we do for our clients, and through the internal software we use to run our business (including our QuickBooks Online connection), and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email or call us, or become a client, we collect details such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the message or project details you send.
- Client account information. To deliver our services, clients may give our team access to business accounts such as ad accounts, social media pages, Google Business Profiles, websites, and analytics. We use that access only to do the work we were hired for.
- Accounting information. We connect our own QuickBooks Online company to our internal business software with read-only access. It reads our customers, invoices, and payments so we can track revenue and what we are owed. It does not create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks.
- Website usage information. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools that record things like pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we store and protect information

Access credentials for connected services such as QuickBooks are stored securely on our own systems, are never published or shared, and access can be revoked at any time. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

- Clients can remove our access to their accounts at any time.
