These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to viral-clicks.com and to the software, tools, and integrations operated by Viral Clicks (“Viral Clicks,” “we,” “us”), including our internal business software and its connection to QuickBooks Online (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Our internal software and its integrations are operated by Viral Clicks for our own business use and are not offered for sale or public use. Client services are governed by the proposal or agreement signed with each client; if those conflict with these Terms, the client agreement controls.

License

Viral Clicks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Google, and Meta. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Our QuickBooks Online connection is read-only: it reads customer, invoice, and payment information and never creates, changes, or deletes data. Access can be disconnected at any time from the Services or from within QuickBooks.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, belongs to Viral Clicks or its licensors and is protected by law. Work created for clients is owned as described in each client’s agreement.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or any specific marketing or business result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Viral Clicks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services at any time. You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may disconnect any connected account whenever you choose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
